I’m Sondra Baker—a certified beer judge, keynote speaker, and the founder of MAVEN IMPORTS. But more than titles, I’m someone who truly lives and breathes craft. From my roots in Summerside, PEI to my home in Alberta for over 25 years, I’ve built a life around connecting people to quality—whether that’s through a perfectly balanced IPA or a story that moves a room.
I’m a seasoned communicator with an Honours Certificate in Public Speaking from the University of Washington. Over the years, I’ve shared my expertise at conferences, industry panels, and craft events—speaking not just about products, but about the passion, people, and purpose behind them. Whether I’m educating an audience or representing the brands I believe in, I show up with clarity, connection, and a deep respect for the craft.
